Found by a kid in a garbage ditch outside of Tennessee Williams' home in New Orleans in 1959, the manuscript for "Haunted Alligators" was sold to Manka Bros. and made into a movie one week later.
The quick film shoot was aided by use of new videotape technology but hindered by the Great Swamp Storm of '59.
Legal issues has kept the film from being shown anywhere until this month on Manka Classic Movies. From 1960 - "Tennesee Williams' Haunted Alligators."
