Arrow – Episode 7 – “Muse of Fire”

After taking a large dose of my medication, I decided to watch Arrow – Episode 7 – “Muse of Fire.”

IT WAS AWESOME!

Thank Odin for the ability to skip commercials or Vidar wouldn’t have made it through before the hallucinations began.

What was on the screen was even better than my horrific, dreamy hallucinations (and I come from Asgard and see a lot of freaky shit in my everyday life – much less my life on pain medication).

Episode 7 – “Muse of Fire” had all that I desired.

Great new bad ass hot chick with an bow and arrow. Check.

Good action. Check.

Solid writing (though a lot of the dialogue is nearly impossible for even the best actors to say convincingly). Half check.

The acting? Fuck, it’s really starting to suck. Maybe it’s all the tight clothes but, in Vidar’s humble opinion, these pretty people on my TV are stiffer than Gene Simmons at a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

But, I digress and can say with great relief… FINALLY, after a few really shitty weeks, the show appears to be back on track.

Plot Summary: Arrow – Episode 7 – Muse of Fire (provided by IMDB.com because Vidar is just too damn lazy):

Just as Oliver arrives at company headquarters, a motorcycle riding gunman shoots and kills a man who is speaking to his mother. The man was standing directly in front of her and everyone assumes Moira Queen was the intended target. It turns out the man who was killed was mobbed up and worked for Frank Bertinelli who has in the past tried to get into business with the Queens. Oliver pays him a visit but ends up going out on a date with his attractive daughter Helena, who has a few surprises of her own (SPOILER ALERT: She’s the freakin’ Huntress!). Meanwhile, the motorcycle vigilante strikes again.

Vidar is so behind on the season – it just has to be left at that.
