This month, we're looking at the films (and life) of Harlan "Hap" Kearney - from his first film - a bit part as a sailor in Joey Levitch's "The Not-zi" - through his legendary bar fights in the dives of Hollywood - to the end of his career doing extra work on non-union horror films.
Closer to the height of his popularity was the 1976 film "Swine" in which Hap plays Troy, a man stuck in a bunker after the Swine Flu epidemic transforms the world's population into pig-man-beasts.
Hap passed away in 1979 after a high-wire fall during the live finale of MBS' Circus Of The Stars.
