Juan Williams Had TWO JOBS!
Remember, whichever side you are on in this debate, Juan Williams had TWO JOBS during the worst economy since the Great Depression when so many people out there can't even get ONE JOB.
I think it was good of NPR to fire Juan Williams if only for the simple fact that they can now hire an out of work Political Commentator who can get off the public dole.
Interesting that Fox News would reward a guy with a $2 million dollar contract who basically said that Muslims who are dressed as their religion requires(!!) make him nervous on an airplane.
Juan Williams perfectly fits the mold of the "Fox News Liberal".

Agreed. Everyone one of these political commentators are hired by multiple outlets. Let someone else have a chance.
ha ha... not everyone can be a journalist.. as evidenced by the whining on this website!
No, I think everyone can be a journalist. Please explain the criteria.
You are saying we should have only one job? Jill, do you make your income on only this site? How about you quit your other jobs and live off your Google ads?
What a great effing blog. First time visitor and just finished reading two pages and countless in-linked posts.
I like the mixture of snark and compassion for the little guy.
For example, you're right, why DID Juan Willians have two jobs? If he was so impressed by NPR, he should have worked for free.
I remember a while back hearing on NPR a journalist that did a story about people getting laid off, and then she announced at the end that she had been laid off too. Damn near made me cry. Jill you should find that story. Hopefully NPR hires her back.
Also I loved the post about Comic Cn. The comics have been conned. But its not without their own fault. Nowadays everyone who goes into Comics does it to get to Hollywood. Its this new generation of writers, illustrators, etc.
one question:
is manka bros a real company or is it kind of a trick that you are pulling?
i've never heard of them. how can they be the word's largest. their website looks like something the onion might put together if trying to hoax us.
are you even real? an ivy league refugee from lehman? that just sounds ironic (and hilarious) rather than something one would want to post in a bio.
anyway, even if this site is like an online jon stewart and not a real website, i'll take it.
